Financial & Insurance

Dr. McDade and his staff are committed to providing the highest quality treatment for our patients. We will diagnose and create a treatment plan outlining what is needed for our patients to attain optimum dental health and maintenance. We charge fees that are usual and customary for our area. Our diagnosis and treatment plan will be based on what is best for our patients, not what the insurance "covers" or what the insurance maximum provides for them. Our focus is on our patients and their dental health.

Payment Options

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is rendered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as offer in-house payment plans to help make your treatment affordable.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager, Evelyn, prior to receiving your dental treatment.

Insurance

Dr. McDade and his staff are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to you, we will bill insurance companies and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We accept all indemnity and PPO dental insurance plans. Below are some of the insurance companies to whom we submit claims:

Delta Dental Plans United Healthcare
Blue Cross / Anthem Plans Principal Financial Group
United Concordia / TriCare Guardian
Cigna MetLife
Aetna CONNECTION Dental Network/ GEHA

This is not a complete list of insurance companies that we accept. Please call our office for more information and details and to check on your personal coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Check to see whether your employer offers a medical flexible spending account. Medical spending accounts allow you to cover your dental care using pre-tax income that is set aside for medical expenses. This can be a welcomed benefit for you in addition to your dental insurance benefits.

Please contact us today to schedule an appointment for an initial consultation. We look forward to seeing you and helping you achieve the smile of your dreams.
