Our Office
We want every aspect of your experience with us to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. From the moment you walk through the door, our focus is on you. You can expect a warm reception, a short waiting time and friendly conversation with Dr. McDade and his staff. YOU are the reason we are here and we want you to feel welcomed and valued every time you visit. To help make your visit as enjoyable as possible our reception area offers up-to-date magazines, relaxing XM satellite music and educational pamphlets. Our treatment rooms also have XM satellite music with headphones, massage dental treatment chairs, shaded protective glasses, and pillows and blankets for patients during their treatment.
Appointments
For your convenience we see patients by appointment only. We understand how busy you and your family are and that is why we utilize telephone and e-mail reminders and recall cards to inform you of an upcoming appointment. Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically and exclusively for you. Dr. McDade and his staff make every effort to adhere to that schedule and we trust that our patients will do the same and respect our time as well. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergencies
Every effort is made to plan your dental treatment so that emergencies are prevented. However, if a problem develops, feel free to contact us during normal office hours or leave a message with our after-hours service. If you leave a message for the office staff, someone will retrieve it the next business day and return your call. If your problem requires immediate attention, leave your message as directed so that Dr. McDade will be reached promptly and can return your call in a timely fashion.
Payment Options
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is rendered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as offer in-house payment plans to help make your treatment affordable.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager, Evelyn, prior to receiving your dental treatment.
Insurance
Dr. McDade and his staff are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to you, we will bill insurance companies and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
