Dr. McDade is supported by a team of professionals who are committed to providing each patient with compassionate and individualized care. Our team is comprised of two administrative staff, three dental hygienists and Dr. McDade’s dental assistant, all with CPR certification. To stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry, we attend annual continuing education courses including CPR certification, California Dental Law, infection control and a variety of other treatment related courses with emphasis on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Our top priority is providing quality dentistry in a caring environment. We make sure to stay on the cutting-edge of the latest treatments and technologies so our patients can be confident they are receiving the highest quality of care.
Evelyn – Office Manager
Originally from Ohio, Evelyn moved to the Thousand Oaks area in the 1970’s, and has enjoyed working in the dental field for over 20 years, first as a dental assistant and later for Dr. McDade as Office Manager. She has been on our team for over 12 years and enjoys the family atmosphere of our practice. She earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Northridge. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, reading, biking and family activities with her husband and twin college-aged sons.

Jane – Dental Administrator
Though she was born in Iowa, Jane has lived in many different states and even countries (including Japan), her father having served in the US Air Force when she was growing up. She has been in the Thousand Oaks area, however, since 1972. As our dental administrator, Jane has exceptional experience in the dental field, and has worked in all phases of dentistry for over 40 years! She enjoys volunteering in our community through our practice and through her church, and she also enjoys golf, reading, gardening, traveling, spending time with her husband of 39 years and their son and daughter, and spoiling her two grandsons.

Roxy – Dental Assistant
Our newest team member, Roxy joined our practice in October of 2007 and was a dental assistant for several years before that. She has lived in the Conejo Valley area for 20 years, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, and her children: two boys and a girl.

Wendy – Registered Dental Hygienist
Wendy has lived in the Thousand Oaks area for 45 years, and attended West LA City College and the University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned her degree in dental hygiene. She has over 30 years of experience in the dental field and has been with Dr. McDade since October of 2000. When not in the office, Wendy spends her free time hiking with her husband, beading, gardening, reading, doing church activities and doing yoga. She also has two boys in high school which keep her busy.

Lauren – Registered Dental Hygienist
We are very glad to have Lauren back with us. She spent several years in the 1980’s working with Dr. McDade as a dental assistant, and has recently come back to work for us as a dental hygienist. She attended West LA City College and the University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned her degree in dental hygiene. In her spare time, Lauren likes to hike, ski, do yoga, participate in activities with her church, and spend time with her husband of 28 years and their two daughters.

Sue – Registered Dental Hygienist
Sue has been a vital part of our staff since she joined us in June of 1999. She has lived in the Conejo Valley area for almost 50 years, and attended Cerritos College and the University of California at Los Angeles, where she earned her dental hygiene degree. Sue’s hobbies include walking, working out, playing piano, reading, gardening, traveling and spending time with her son, daughter and granddaughter.
